Dear Parents
ENROLLMENT is an annual process that coincides with the school year that runs September through June (or August) ~ based on availability.
APPLICATIONS open up each year on January 1 and new families can access the application via the link on the PCCP website.
PRIORITY is given enrolled families.
WAIT LIST and rolling admissions continue year round. All applications are wait listed upon receipt.
ENROLLMENT OFFERS are sent to the parent email when enrollment is available to offer.

- For enrolled families: JANUARY is Refer a Friend Month – any new family whose application is processed for summer or fall – a $50 tuition credit appears on your account!
- Flexible scheduling options exist for each program / Half day programs run in the mornings.
- All enrollment reservations require a non-refundable $500.00 tuition deposit (last month of agreement).
- Enrollment decisions are important. If you have questions along the way, please contact us at any time.
- Summer Camp runs during July and August. First priority is given to current and Fall enrollees during the annual enrollment in Dec/Jan.
- Families seeking summer only (and no academic year) are invited to apply anytime. Applications are processed in April/May
- Field Trips: The program includes mainly onsite activities. In the summer there are bus trips to swimming/tennis at the Kingsbury Club and walking trips to learn about Ecology and the Ocean at the Duxbury Maritime School (DBMS) and Island Creek Oysters (ICO).
