About Our Team
PCCP has maintained NAEYC accreditation status since 1999 and 80% or more of our 16 staff and faculty possess a college degree or are working toward a related degree. Research proves that early childhood educators with more professional preparation provide more consistent developmentally appropriate, and responsive education experiences for young children.
PCCP faculty have been through degree programs, received CDA, and annual trainings related to early childhood program and curriculum. The current faculty average 7 years longevity at PCCP; most have been here between 6 and 16 years. The experience of the teaching structure is evident in the quality interactions each day. Every family feels a sense of belonging.
